We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our maintenance shop team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Person of Integrity
  • Experience in a heavy equipment or automobile parts shop or supplier
  • Experience with equipment maintenance process & procedures
  • Ability to problem solve, plan and organize
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Thorough knowledge of inventory control processes & procedures
  • Effective time management and decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint or similar office software
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
    • Knowledge of HCSS Equipment 360 Software a plus
