In his 40+ year career, Michael has developed diverse work experience with a variety of domestic and international publicly traded companies, private equity firms and family-owned businesses. Michael specializes in financial planning and analysis, strategy development, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions as well as helping management focus on actions to improve overall business operations and financial performance that increases stakeholder values.
Michael is a graduate of Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Michael received his CPA certification from the State of Ohio in 1987 (expired) and worked for a regional public accounting firm for 2 years before moving into the private sector. Michael Graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, with honors, from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
