New construction of Education and Administration buildings for the University’s Nursing Program.

The Nursing Department Buildings feature classrooms, lecture halls, computer & simulation laboratory space for 400 students, offices for 50 faculty and 4 administrative staff. The facility includes a state-of-the-art, hands-on, simulation laboratory with life-like “Sim-man” Mannequins.

Scope included land clearing, earthwork, storm water utilities, asphalt and concrete paving.
